Fresh as Puck is a family-owned and operated brand. Every item is created individually with care and detail. Because of this, orders may take a bit more time to prepare—but we promise it’s worth the wait.


📦 Order Processing

  • All products are made to order and typically ship within 4–7 business days.

  • During high-volume drops or holidays, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is on the way.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for select items.

  • Shipping timelines do not include production time.


🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

  • International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on location.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes.


❗ Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, Fresh as Puck is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • We recommend shipping to a secure address.

  • For issues with delivery, contact the shipping carrier directly.
