Fresh as Puck is a family-owned and operated brand. Every item is created individually with care and detail. Because of this, orders may take a bit more time to prepare—but we promise it’s worth the wait.
📦 Order Processing

All products are made to order and typically ship within 4–7 business days.

During high-volume drops or holidays, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is on the way.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for select items.

Shipping timelines do not include production time.
🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on location.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes.

Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, Fresh as Puck is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
